Description

EC London is a language school just steps away from trendy King's Cross in the heart of London. The school is located in close proximity to Oxford Street and all the main tourist attractions of the capital. There is a metro station a stone's throw from the school, which allows you to quickly get to anywhere in the city.

In one wing, the school accepts students from 16 to 30 years old, in the other wing, students over 30 years old study. On the first day, students are tested to determine their language level. The school is equipped with modern bright classrooms with interactive whiteboards, as well as computer labs. There is a room for self-study and a student lounge. During the entire training, students can unlimitedly use the library and the Internet with access via wi fi. Training takes place in international groups. Groups are designed for a maximum of 14 people, the average number of students in a group is 11 people. Training takes place in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The purpose of the classes is to develop students' confidence in understanding and commanding the English language. Lessons are held both in the morning and in the afternoon. Upon completion of the course, a certificate is issued.

In addition to the lessons of the chosen course, there are free seminars and events. Free language seminars may include practical training on resume writing and interviewing, advice on choosing a university and profession. Free activities can include picnics in the park, walking tours of the city, tea parties with fellow students, and more.

From the time of booking until returning home, students can use EC Online, a personal learning assistant that allows them to keep track of their progress. With EC Online, you can take a baseline test, track your progress, access online materials, and interact with teachers outside of class. The school uses the highly rated Net Promoter Score (NPS) system to constantly receive feedback from its students and improve its level of service.

EC London offers students a variety of accommodation options from standard accommodation to superior rooms. At the choice of students, accommodation can be organized in residences, studio apartments or host families. You can choose single or double occupancy with private facilities on the floor or in the room. Accommodation location varies from 15 minutes walk to 60 minutes drive to the language school. For independent students, meals are not included in the price; for homestay students, breakfast or breakfast and dinner are provided daily.
